Rubin villa provides 5 double rooms and 6 triple rooms, set with air conditioning, LCD tv, minibar and bathroom with shower. Structured on 3 storeys, Rubin villa was renovated and the bathrooms were remade in 2025.
The ground floor of the villa hosts a restaurant.
Guests of Rubin villa have wireless internet at their disposal. In addition, Rubin villa provides private beach sector where guests benefit from free sun beds, starting with the 8th row from the sea shore.
