Launched in 2025, Ayana is a new unit, offering accommodation in 2 bedroom apartments, featuring air conditioning, LCD tv, laundry washing machine and balcony. Ayana apartments also provide wireless internet. The 2 apartments are located, one, at the 1st floor, the other one, at the 2nd floor, in a building served by elevator.

The apartment features laundry washing machine, wi fi, central heating system, LCD tv and air conditioning in both bedrooms.
