All the rooms in Victoria hotel Mamaia are renovated in 2019 and are equipped with air conditioning (invertors), bathroom with shower, LCD TV, mini fridge (cooler) , telephone, carpeted floors and balcony (except for the rooms on the ground floor and 1st froor, that do not have balcony, but are more spacious).
The Standard double rooms are located from the ground floor to the 7th floor, they have new furniture with a double bed or 2 single beds and renovated bathrooms with shower curtain shower cabin, all standard rooms have a balcony, carpeted floors. Surface of 17 sqm.
The Superior double rooms are located on the 8th and 9th floors, have new furniture and bathrooms with glass shower cabin and have a balcony, double bed (160/200 cm). Surface of 17 sqm.
The Economy double rooms are located on the ground floor, the 1st and 2nd floor, towards the North, they have renovated bathrooms with curtain shower cabin, they have two twin beds, a balcony and they have a view of the neighboring building. Surface of 17 sqm.
The Family double rooms are located on the ground floor and on the 1st floor, they have 2 single beds and an extendable sofa, they have no balcony, they face the north and south and have renovated bathrooms with Italian-style showers. Maximum capacity: 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults and 1 child 0-9.99 years. Surface of 21 sqm.
The apartments consist of a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with an extendable sofa. The two rooms are not separated by a door. The apartments have 2 bathrooms. They have been completely renovated. The apartments are located on each floor, excepting the ground floor. All apartments have a balcony, aside from the apartments on the 1st floor. All the apartments feature coffee machine with complimentary coffee pods. 
Seaview apartments (starting with 2022) are located at the 7th, 8th and 9th floor, two per storey. They have frontal sea view and are fitted with furnished balcony with access from the bedroom. The apartments consist of a matrimonial bedroom, a living room with expandable sofa and feature 2 LCD Tvs, air conditioning, minibar, telephone and wi fi. The two rooms are not separated by a door, the bathroom is fully renovated. All the apartments feature coffee machine with complimentary coffee pods.  Surface 38 sqm.

The All inclusive Light pack contains: accommodation, breakfast (07.30-10.00), lunch (12.30-14.30) and dinner (19.00-21.00), served in buffet system;  non alcoholic drinks (limited range - coffee, tea, fizzy drinks draught, mineral/still water) and alcoholic drinks (limited range - draught beer,  white/rose draft wine, whiskey, vodka,) only during meals in the restaurant bar, 2 free sun beds on the private beach. 
Full board packs contain breakfast in buffet style, lunch and dinner - in menu variants system. Lunch consists of 1 broth, 2 main courses, 2 side dishes, 2 salads, still/mineral water, draught raspberry/orange/apple juice, draught white/red wine.
Dinner consists of 2 main courses, 2 side dishes, 2 salads, still/mineral water, draught raspberry/orange/apple juice, draught white/red wine, dessert. In the full board pack, meals will only be served in Rina hall.
The All inclusive pack contains: accommodation, breakfast (07.30-10.00), lunch (12.30-14.30) and dinner (19.00-21.00), served in buffet system; alcoholic drinks (draught beer,  white/rose draft wine, whiskey, vodka, cognac) only during meals in the restaurant bar and the All Inclusive bar on the terrace (between 10.30-22.00), and non alcoholic drinks (coffee, tea, fizzy drinks draught, mineral/still water) - can be served on the All Inclusive terrace bar between 10.30-22.00 or at the restaurant bar  during meals;  snacks (during 16.30-17.30) - at the beach bar; free access to the kids playground, to the sport fields on the beach, 2 sun beds /room (for double standard/economy/superior rooms) and 3 sun beds /room (for family rooms and apartments) and umbrella for free on the private beach, free wi fi in the public spaces (bar, restaurant, terrace, beach, reception), access to the beach bar between 09.00-19.00, where alcoholic (draught beer) and non alcoholic drinks will be served (coffee, draught fizzy drinks - Pepsi range, draught beer, still/mineral water). The fizzy drinks are only served at lunch and dinner. At breakfast only non-carbonated juices are served. 
The Half board pack includes: accommodation, breakfast (07.30-09.30), lunch (12.30-14.30) or dinner (19.30-21.00), served in buffet system -  the option regarding the main meal must be established at check-in and cannot be altered during the stay; alcoholic drinks (draught beer,  white/rose draft wine, whiskey, vodka, cognac)  and non alcoholic drinks (coffee, tea, draught fizzy drinks, mineral/still water) - are served only during meals, at the restaurant bar and on the terrace bar during the meal (lunch/dinner) that was chosen,  free access to the kids playground, to the sports fields on the beach, free wi fi in the public spaces (bar, restaurant, terrace, beach, reception), 2 sun beds /room (for double standard/economy/superior rooms) and 3 sun beds /room (for family rooms and apartments) and umbrella for free on the private beach. The fizzy drinks are only served at lunch/dinner. At breakfast only non-carbonated juices are served. 
After 21.00, drinks are no longer served in the Half board pack. 
The Breakfast pack contains: accommodation, breakfast (07.30-09.30) in buffet system, non alcoholic drinks (coffee, tea, draught non carbonated drinks, still water) are served only during breakfast; free access to the kids playground, to the sports fields on the beach, free wi fi in the public spaces (bar, restaurant, terrace, beach, reception),  2 sun beds /room (for double standard/economy/superior rooms) and 3 sun beds /room (for family rooms and apartments) and umbrella for free on the private beach. 
Meals will be served in buffet system, with both international and traditional Romanian dishes, containing a rich variety of assortments (fruit, desserts, ice-cream). In May and September, meals could be served in A la carte system, depending on the number of tourists. Likewise, the hotel may change the drinks anytime during the season. 
The bracelet received at 18.00 in the check-in is mandatory, in order to benefit from the services in the All inclusive, Half board and Breakfast packs.
The superior double rooms and apartments benefit from sun beds in the first rows at the water on the private beach.
Guests acquiring breakfast and half board packs will benefit from access to drinks on the beach bar all throughout the day within the bar's schedule, snacks on the beach (between 16.30-17.30), sunbeds on the beach. Drinks included on the beach bar: coffee, fizzy draught drinks, draught beer, mineral/still water. The bar on the beach is available during 09.30-19.00 for All inclusive, half board and breakfast packs. 
The beach bar and sun beds on the beach are available starting with 01.06.2025.

Other facilities: tourist and cultural information, transport and luggage storage, waking up tourists on request, receiving and sending messages, information for means of transport, live music shows, wine tastings
Additional paid services: laundry, postal services, fax, copier, merchandise sales.
On the premises of the complex, pets are allowed, subject to a fee of 58 lei/day. Their access to the restaurants or to the other food preparation or serving points within the Resort (terrace, bar, kitchen) is strictly prohibited!
