Description Amelie 1 apartment

Amelie 1 Apartment is situated on 1st floor of a building located right on Mamaia Boulevard on the lake shore, 230 meters from the beach.
Right in front of the building a pedestrian crossing is available so that the access tot the beach can be easily made. The area where the building is located si one of the most beautiful areas of Mamaia resort with a brand new boardwalk, large beach, many restaurants with sea view terraces, and at only 15 minutes walk from the Casino.
Amelie 1 Apartment is a luxury location with 5 stars facilities, quality finishes, solid wood furniture and carefully choosen decorations. The Apartment covers an are of 65 square meters and consists of a living area with an open kitchen, dining area, dormitory, bathroom and a beautiful lake view terrace.
Inside Amelie 1 Apartment 2 LCD TVs are available, one of them 107 cm wide and 2 air conditioning units. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, electric hob, electric stove, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc. In other words, the kitchen is fully equipped.
Up to 4 adults and 1 child can be accommodated.
Amelie 1 Apartment povides its own heating system and can be rented all year round.
Private parking is free, upon availability.
