The complex provides 145 spacious apartments, with top quality finishing touches, unwinding areas intertwinded with green areas carefully curated, quick access to the beach, along side all the contemorary caracheristics of an exclusive location. Thus, Novum by the sea hotel offers an outdoor pool, a heated indoor pool, as well as private beach area.
