Studio 501 - in located at the ground floor and has no terrrace. It consists of a living room with matrimonial bed (160x200) and dinning space, kitchen and bathroom. The living room has a 108 cm Smart tv. It does not feature hair dryer. Surface 23 sqm. 
Apartment 502 - is located at the ground floor, it has no terrace and consists of a living room with expandable sofa (160x200) and dinning area, kitchen (it also features an oven), matrimonial bedroom (160x200), dressing room and bathroom with shower. The apartment has hair dryer and the living room features air conditioning and Smart tv (108 cm), while the bedroom has 81 cm LED tv. Surface 38 sqm. 
Apartment 505 - is located at the 1st floor, it has terrace with furniture and consists of a living room with expandable sofa (160x200) and dinning area, kitchen (it also features an oven), matrimonial bedroom (160x200) and bathroom with shower. The apartment has hair dryer and the living room features air conditioning and Smart tv (108 cm), while the bedroom has 81 cm LED tv. Surface 48 sqm.

Apartment 510 - is located at the 2nd floor, it has 1 terrace with furniture and consists of a living room with expandable sofa (160x200) and dinning area, kitchen (it also features an oven), 2 matrimonial bedrooms (one with 160x200 bed, the second bedroom with 140x200 bed) and bathroom with shower. The apartment has hair dryer and the living room features air conditioning and Smart tv (108 cm), while the bedroom has 81 cm LED tv. Surface 65 sqm.
