Patricia Villa 3*** Eforie Sud is a new building, located on a quiet street in the northern part of the resort, just 270 meters from the beach and a short distance away from the cold mud baths of Techirghiol lake.
Patricia Vila is stuctured on 3 storey and provides 10 rooms and 2 apartments, equipped with air conditioning, minibar, safe, LED TV, wi fi, bathrooms with shower cabin, hair dryer and toiletries, as well as an ironing table with iron.
Aside form the accommodation spaces, Patricia villa provides a covered terrace with tables and chairs where guests can serve the breakfast and a heated outdoor pool set with sun beds.
Patricia Villa has private parking, offered for free, upon availability.

All accommodation spaces are set with air conditioning, safe, minibar, LED tv, wi fi, ironing table and iron, bathroom with shower cabin, hair dryer and toiletries, balconies (some are normal, some are small, French style).
The double rooms are set with matrimonial bed, and 4 rooms likewise feature an expandable armchair, used as an extrabed for a fee. Some rooms have French balconies (small). Surface 18 sqm.
The triple rooms are set with a matrimonial bed and a singe bed. Surface aproximately 20-30 sqm.
