Opt (Eight) villa 3*** Constanta is located in the central area of Constanta city, approximately 500 meters from Modern beach and 100 meters away from the City hall park. In close proximity, a mall is available, as well as plenty of restaurants, bistros and terraces. The pedestrian commercial street Stefan Cel Mare is easily accesible with a short walk.
Opt villa offers an exquisite accommodation experience, in a historical building, dating 100 years back, restaurated and fully renovated in 2020. The villa mixes harmoniously, in a contemporary architectural style, precious materials, upholding and honouring the historical heritage, with modern day technologies, thus offering comfort, elegance and all the updated amenities.
Opt villa, structured on ground floor and 2 storeys, provides one suite and 6 double rooms, each designed in a unique style and fitted with magnetic card access system, air conditioning, smart tv, wi fi access, safe, minibar, black out curtains, modern bathrooms with walk in shower.
Likewise, at the ground floor, there is a breakfast lounge, and at the last floor, guests have a lovely terrace at their disposal, offering beautiful views of the surroundings.
Guests of Opt villa are provided with video surveilled private parking, for free, upon availability.

The superior queen rooms provide a matrionial bed (160x200) and do not have balcony. They are located one on the 1st floor, the other one one the 2nd floor. Surface 15 sqm.
The deluxe double rooms provide a matrionial bed (160x200) and balcony. They are located one on the 1st floor, the other one one the 2nd floor. Surface 18 sqm.
The King deluxe double rooms provide a matrionial bed (180x200) and do not feature balcony. They are located one on the 1st floor, the other one one the 2nd floor. They can accommodate the baby cot. Surface 23 sqm.
The Junior Suite is located at the last floor and provides an open space with stair case, where, at the first level a matrionial bed (180x200) is available, as well as the bathroom, and at the top floor another matrionial bed (140x200) is available. It does not feature balcony, It can accommodate a baby cot. Surface 31 sqm.
There are no extra beds.
