Maritimo Luxury Resort is located in the central are of Constanta city, 500 meters from the famous Neversea beach and 200 meters from Aloha beach. In a short walk by foot, on a 500 meters distance, the most beautiful and filled with history area unfolds, the Old town, with Ovidius plaza and the National History and Archeology Museum.
Maritimo Luxury Resort provides 25 modern apartments, located in a new building, with contemporary architecture, served by elevator, equipped with air conditioning, wi fi, LCD tv, fully functional kitchens and elegant bathrooms. The apartments offer lovely views over the boardwalk and sea, having ample windows and comfortable, strategicaly arranged spaces that seem to invite to a scenary contemplation.

Type C apartments consist of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, but they do not have a living room. Theey have side view to the sea and have a 70 sqm surface.
The VIP apartment is located at the 1st floor, it has a generous surface of 90 sqm, and provides a matrimonial bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and a spacious 60 sqm living room. It has frontal view to the sea.
