Topaz hotel was reclasified at 4* after undergoing an ample renovation and modernization process, in 2023, and today it offers confortable accommodation spaces, decorated in relaxing hues and equipped with air conditioning, LCD tv, wireless internet, minibar, modern bathrooms with shower cabin and balcony. Some rooms offer a sea view. The hotel is structured on 4 levels and ground floor and it is served by two modern elevators.
Topaz hotel provides a bar, at the ground floor, a restaurant and an outdoor pool, set with sun beds and offering a marvelous view to the beach and sea.

The triple rooms are more spacious and have three single beds (90x200), two of which can be united. They have resort view. Approximate surface 18 sqm.
The apartments with forest view consist of a living room with matrimonial bed, bathroom and a matrimonial bedroom. There is a separating door between rooms and air conditioning and tv are in both rooms. Surface approximately 40 sqm.
The communicating apartment provides a living room with expandable sofa and a matrimonial bedroom, bathroom with shower and balcony. Between bedroom and living room there is a separating door. Air conditioning and Tv are available in both rooms. Surface 40 sqm.
The sea view apartments consist of 2 matrimonial bedrooms, one bathroom and a small living room. It is more spacious. The bedrooms have door and air conditioning and tv are in both rooms. Surface approximately 50 sqm.
