New Belvedere Hotel 5***** Mangalia is the ex President Hotel, renamed and reclassified at 5 stars in 2016.
New Belvedere hotel benefits form a special localization, 50 meters from the beach, accross the street from the renowned treatment center Mangalia Balneary Sanatorium.
Rooms are confortable and welcoming, with neutral tones and purple accents, featuring LCD tv, air conditioning, telephone, wireless internet, safe, slippers, bathrobes, hair dryer and luxury toiletries. The rooms have phonic isolation.
The beach in front of the hotel is wide and enclosed on one side by a pier, separating the beach from the touristic harbour.
Aside from the accommodation, the hotel provides an elegant restaurant with terrace, steam room, massage room, all for the unwinding of its tourists. The hotel likewise provides a conference room and Wi fi is available for free throughout the hotel.
Guarded parking is offered for an extra charge (7 euro/day, paid in reception)

Fun fact: New Belvedere hotel is the only museum-hotel in the country, being built directly on the 2000 years old ruins of Callatis ancient city, the historical vestiges remaining untouched afted their dicovery in 1993. All the rooms are equipped with flat TV, air conditioning, safe, phone, soundproofing, private bathroom, slippers, minibar, carpeted floors, hair dryer, heating, toilet products, free WiFI, city or sea view. Some rooms provide balconies. In each room, Welcome products are offered: water in the first day, coffee and sugar, every day.
Luxury double rooms are 32 sqm in surface and can be equipped with matrimonial bed or twin beds. They are set with a coffee machine and offer a sea or city view. They only allow accommodation for a maximum of 2 adult, children cannot be accommodated in this type of room.
Single rooms are 22 sqm in surface and only accoommodate one adult. It can offer either sea or city view.
Junior De Luxe suite is 45 sqm in surface and provides a queen bed and an extendable sofa, it also provides a coffee machine. 1 child 3-9 years will enjoy of free accommodation, over 9 years will pay extra for accommodation. It offers view of the sea, garden and city.
2 dormitory suite has a 70 sqm surface and consists of 2 queen beds and 1 expandable sofa. It offers a sea view and provides a balcony.
