The apartments with balcony are located at the 2nd floor and at the ground floor, they consist of a living room with expandable sofa and a matrimonial bedroom (160x200), bathroom with shower. The bedroom features a door. LCD tv is available in both rooms, air conditioning only in the living room. Surface 30 sqm.
The extra bed is expandable type.
