Bulevard Hotel 4**** Constanta is located on Mamaia boulevard, in the Dolphinarium area, 2-3 minutes from the Mamaia resort. Bulevard hotel has a very privileged location, close to Mamaia resort but also, 10 minutes driving away from the commercial center of the city or 15 minutes from the historical area. Across the street, the park and Tabacariei Lake are an ideal place for a relaxing walk.
The Bulevard Complex was recently renovated, and provides a restaurant with international menu, terrace, Piano bar, all of them elegantly and tastefully decorated. Thereby, it addresses those coming visiting the sea side for leisure, as well as those traveling for business purposes.
The rooms have a classic design and feature air conditioning, wi fi, magnetic card access, tv, minibar, telephone, bathroom with shower, hair dryer, slippers and toiletries.
The conference center is comprised of 2 halls, properly fitted with ultramodern gear for successful corporate events. Caragiale hall has 150 places capacity, Panoramic hall has 100 places and is located at the 3rd floor.
Starting with the autumn of 2025, Bulevard hotel offers free access to its guests to the new pool and sauna.
Private parking is offered for free, subject to availability.
