The matrimonial double room is set with matrimonial bed (190x200) with comfortable matress. Surface 16 sqm.
The extra-large apartments are located one on each floor, they consist of a living room with expandable sofa (large, corner type sofa, 200x200), matrimonial bedroom, bathroom with shower cabin and balcony. Both rooms are set with TV, while air conditioning is only available in the living room. The rooms are sepaated by door. Surface approximately 50 sqm.
The 2 room apartment has the same structure and surface as the extra-large apartment, but it is located at the groound floor, on the side of the villa and provides private parking, gazebo and terrace. 
The duplex apartment is set on ground floor and one level, separated by interior stair case. On the ground floor, a living room with expandable sofa and gym area is available, as well as a bathroom with shower cabin. Upstairs, there is a matrimonial bedroom (180x200 bed). There is no separating door, both rooms feature air conditioning and LCD tv. Surface 140 sqm.
