Art Village Boutique 3*** Eforie Sud (part of Briza Marii complex) is a complex consisting of 4 villas located in the central - northern part of the resort, approximately 180 meters form the beach.
renovated in 2019-2020, the complex provides 28 rooms fitted with LCD tv, minibar, air conditioning, wi fi, bathroom.
In addition to the accommodation spaces, Art Village Boutique offers its guests an outdoor swimming pool and a kids playground.
For dining, Art Village Boutique is equipped with an air-conditioned restaurant - Picollo Restaurant - which extends outdoors with a spacious terrace.

Deluxe double rooms (C1, C2, C3, C4 villas) are recently renovated and are fitted with queen bed, new furniture, bathroom with shower, each room has private entrance and view to the park, they have balcony and are located at ground floor and 1st floor. They are set with TV, minibar, air conditioning, wi fi, bathroom with shower, tiled floors and mosquito nets. Triple de luxe rooms are recently renovated and are fitted with queen bed and 1 single bed, new furniture, bathroom with shower, each room has private entrance and view to the park. They are set with TV, minibar, air conditioning, wi fi. Apartment (C1) consist of 2 rooms divided by a door, living room with expandable sofa and bathroom, one bedroom with queen bed and bathroom with shower. They are set with air conditioning, minibar, TV, wi fi, balcony, mosquito nets, tiled floors. The apartment is located at the 1st floor.
