The king room - Cleopatra Hotel is set with matrimonial bed (160x200) and an expandable sofa for one person, LCD tv, air conditioning, telephone, wi fi, minibar (without content), magnetic card access system, bathroom with shower , hair dryer and toiletries, balcony with outdoor furniture. They can be located upstairs or at the ground floor.  Surface 15 sqm. 
The apartment - Cleopatra hotel features one living room with expandable sofa for one person, a matrimonial bedroom (160x200 bed), LCD tv and air conditioning in both rooms, minibar (without content), telephone, wi fi, magnetic card access system, bathroom with shower, hair dryer and toiletries, balcony with outdoor furniture. There is separating door between rooms. They can be located upstairs or at the ground floor. Surface 25 sqm. 
The matrimonial double room - Narcis Hotel is set with matrimonial bed (160x200), LCD tv, air conditioning, wi fi, minibar (without content), bathroom with shower and toiletries, balcony with outdoor furniture (for the rooms upstairs). The rooms at the ground floor do not feature balcony. Surface 14 sqm.
Extra bed is only allowed in Narcis hotel, for an extra charge, on request in reception, upon availability at check in.

16:00 - Serviciile din ziua cazarii incep cu pranzul (12:00-15:00), dar alocarea camerelor se face dupa ora 16:00.

For this hotel you need to pay a city tax at reception worth 5 lei /adult/night

The All inclusive pack contains:
- breakfast (07.00-10.30), lunch (12.00-15.00), dinner (19.00-21.00), snack (16.30-17.30) - served in buffet system
- still and mineral water, coffee, soft drinks offered inthe restaurant and on the terrace between 07.30-22.00.
- house wine and draught beer offered on the terrace and in the restaurant between 11.00-22.00.
- liquor, vermuth, brandy, vodka offered in the restaurant, during lunch and dinner.
- free access to the outdoor pool with sun beds and umbrella, upon availability (sun beds allotment takes place in order of arrival), free access to the kids playgrounds, pool sector for kids, pool sector with 2 slides, entertainers, live music, sun beds and umbrellas on the private beach upon availability (sun beds allotment takes place in order of arrival), wi fi (except for the beach), baby cot - on request, All Inclusive beach bar (sodas, coffee, beer, water - all drinks are dispenser type), private parking upon availability.
The drinks mentioned above are not bottled, they are served in single use cups. 
In the check in day, the first meal will be lunch (12.00-15.00) and in the check out day, the last meal will be breakfast.
The bracelet offering access to the All inlcusive services is received at check in and wearing it is mandatory througout the whole stay. At check out, the bracelet is handed over in reception, at which point, access to the resort facilities is o longer pemited.
Access to the private parking lot is allowed starting with 12.00 in the day of the check in.
