Pinciuc house Costinesti is located 200 meters from the train station and the Amusement park, 650 meters from the beach and the Ring Disco and 550 meters from the Summer Theatre.
Pinciuc house consists of 2 buildigs and provides apartments, double and triple rooms. Aside from the accommodation, the guests are offered a 30 places terrace and a covered terrace for 20 people, a barbeque area, and a kitchen fitted with stove, fridge with freezer, cutlery and tableware.
Water is heated using solar pannels or gas boiler during cloudy days. Keep in mind the rooms have no heating source.
The location does not have parking, but cars can be parked on the side of the road.

Building 2 - ground floor - 3 double rooms (10 sqm) + covered terrace + kitchen, and upstairs - 2 triple rooms (12 sqm) and 4 doule rooms (10 sqm).
Double rooms at the ground floor are whitewashed, the ones upstairs have pine paneling. They are fitted with fridge (50,70 liters), bathroom, TV. The double rooms have a matrimonial bed (150x200 cm - at the ground floor and 140x200 cm upstairs) and the triple rooms feature a matrimonial bed (140x200 cm) and a single bed (90x200 cm)
