The teen room 3*** is fitted with a single bed (90x200), they are located at the 3rd floor, with resort view. They do not feature balcony, they provide LCD tv, wi fi, safe, telephone, minibar, air conditioning, bathroom with shower cabin and hair dryer. They are alloted for people  with maximum 20 years of age. It cannot accommodate an extra bed. Surface approximately 15 sqm. 
Standard double rooms 3*** are located at the 3rd floor, they do not have balcony. They feature matrimonial bed, LCD tv, wi fi, safe, telephone, minibar, air conditioning, bathroom with shower cabin and hair dryer. Surface approximately 25 sqm.
The deluxe double rooms are located at the ground floor, 1st and 2nd floor and they feature matrimonial bed, LCD tv, wi fi, safe, telephone, minibar, air conditioning, bathroom with shower cabin and hair dryer. They have balcony.  Surface approximately 25 sqm.
The family deluxe double rooms are located at the 1st and 2nd floor and they feature matrimonial bed, an expandable armchair, LCD tv, wi fi, safe, telephone, minibar, air conditioning, bathroom with shower cabin and hair dryer. They feature a terrace. Surface approximately 28 sqm.
Provance apartment consists of 2 bedrooms with matrimonial beds, 2 bathrooms with shower cabin and hair dryer, living room and terrace. Both rooms feature TV and air conditioning. It is located at the 1st floor. Surface 65 sqm. 
Marrakesh apartment consists of 2 bedrooms with matrimonial beds, 2 bathrooms with shower cabin and hair dryer, living room and a small lounge. Only one of the bedrooms features TV. It is located at the 3rd floor. Surface 90 sqm.
