The deluxe superior promenade view apartment has a generous surface of 46 sqm and offers boardwalk view.
The deluxe studios consist of an open space with matrimonial bed (160x200), kitchenette, balcony and bathroom. Some of them have French balcony (smaller in surface). Surface 24 sq. There is also a studio adjusted for disabled people, located at the ground floor and boasting a 28 sqm surface.
The Top Floor deluxe studio is situated at the last floor (4th) and a generous terrace of 20 sqm and offers a total 46 sqm surface.
The deluxe studio with sea view has a 24 sqm surface and has French style balcony (smaller then the regular balcony)
The family suite with 2 bedrooms consists of a living room with expandable sofa, 2 matrimonial bedrooms (160x200 beds), one of them has a bathroom with shower cabin, but there is also another bathroom with shower cabin serving the other 2 rooms and a generous 25 sqm terrace set with 4 sun beds. It is located at the ground floor. All the rooms feature tv and air conditioning and the bedrooms have separating doors. Surface 60 sqm.
